Fairy Anatomy 101

 

This little series was my warm-up for Sorceress Of Silicon, my upcoming graphic novel. The idea was to slam a literal fairy tale into a science fiction world. Ka-boom! Here's the result, a clinical look at creatures that aren't exactly what they appear to be on the outside. That's a critical theme in SOS: Dialectics, or opposites that are true simultaneously. These fairies speak and behave as if they're in a fantasy world, but we can clearly see the science fiction that surrounds and underlies their "magic."
